Eighteen seats per night with one of the world’s best.

One of France’s most acclaimed chefs, Alain Passard, joins the massive list of visiting chefs this year when he drops in to cook dinner at Issaya Cooking Studio on Oct 27-28.

Famed for its veggie-centric haute-cuisine, chef Passard’s l’Arpege restaurant in Paris has held three Michelin stars since 1996. Back in 2001, he removed red meat from his menu to focus solely on fresh vegetables from his three gardens throughout France. Although he reintroduced poultry and fish recently, it’s still veggies which take center stage.

To top off his many accolades, chef Passard also won the Lifetime Achievement Award at The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2016, and his contemporary French style has also been showcased on the hit Netflix series Chef’s Table: France.

In Bangkok, the 10-course menu that will set you back B9,900 (B12,500 with wine pairing) includes some of chef Passard’s most influential dishes, such as the classic l’Arpege Egg and the ever-so-delicate Bouquet of Roses Tart. We recommend making your booking as soon as possible, as there are only 18 seats per night.
