Head chef Andrea Ortu’s new a la carte menu at La Bottega di Luca
brims with serious D.O.P. produce scoured from the lengths of Italy—a rich Sicilian pistachio paste to cut through a plate of Brittany lobster and clam gnocchi (B690), a Pecorino cheese foam atop unctuous lamb fragola (B490).
It’s all part of a major food overhaul at the Thonglor Italian faithful in celebration of 10 years in business.
Don’t worry if you’re an old fan though—some things are too sacred to change, among them Luca’s black truffle cheese risotto (B590), his buffalo mozzarella caprese salad (B590) and those juicy, prime grilled meats.
