Scandinavian winter flavors warmed up with Thai touches. 

Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin continues its pioneering work on the Thai fine-dining scene with its latest menu, “The Winter Journey.”

The eight-course show-stopper menu (B3,200) features Scandi winter flavors warmed up with Thai inflections in dishes like the beef ceviche, which sees thinly sliced A5 wagyu topped with avocado puree, cucumber jelly and a spicy marinade.  

We’ll leave the desserts a surprise, but it’s safe to say they’ll make you feel like a kid again.
